We want to help get you running by the most straightforward path for you, not the most profitable for us.
Know that it will not reach "end of support" because the manufacturer wants to sell you a new one that does the same as the old one, just with a new exterior case.
The policies at the big companies which drive planned obsolescence as the norm are simply unethical.
Hands-on repair and service
Hands-on instrument repair and service is done by Analytical Outfitters, LLC, a separate company from Haiku Instruments.
